Looking back 2020 may have been the strongest year ever for home prices in Montecito. Multiple sales in excess of $25,000,000 and a few more over $40,000,000 caught the attention of the national media.
Most of these sales occurred between June and December. The five to ten million dollar market was on fire with over 50 sales in that price range.
