The survey was conducted by Realtor.com, which polled 1,000 visitors to its website in the weeks leading up to Valentine’s Day. It found that 69 percent of consumers admitted to having a “home crush” — a property they liked so much they were drawn back to looking at it more than once, in person or online. The survey also revealed that in matters of the heart, like matters of the heart, men and women behave differently.
