Christopher Lloyd Lists Oceanfront Home For Sale

Christopher Lloyd, who played Doc Brown in the Back to the Future films has listed his central coast oceanfront home for sale. The asking price is $2,950,000. Lloyd paid $2,175,000 in 2018.

This cozy cottage is just over 1,000 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and living spaces all on the main level with a small loft up top. The cottage also offers skylights, white walls, and hardwood floors. A terracotta tile fireplace anchors the living room, and other highlights include a dining nook and a granite-splashed kitchen. French doors open outside, where a multi-level deck adds a grill and fire pit. A small walkway descends to the sand.

In addition to his beloved role in Back to the Future, Lloyd starred in The Addams Family, Star Trek III: The Search for Spock, and the comedy series Taxi, for which he won two Emmys. This year, he’s set to appear in the thriller film Nobody.

Chris grew up in Stamford, Connecticut. I grew up next door in Pound Ridge, New York. Chris came by an open house I was holding in Santa Barbara not too long ago and we had a nice chat about Stamford and Pound Ridge. At one time Chris shared that he lived in Pound Ridge on Hack Green Road. Small world.
