129 Homes Sold in January 2020. 96 of those homes sold were single-family detached, and 33 of those homes sold were condominiums.

The average sales price was: $1,687,451 and the median price was $1,302,500. 28% of the homes sold were all cash sales. The average days on the market for Single Family Detached homes was 80 days, and 65 days for condominiums. And that’s how the real estate market is in Santa Barbara, California.

In real estate, the median is the price where half the homes sold in any given area that month were cheaper and half were more expensive than the median. The average price is a set of numbers where the total of those numbers is divided by the number of items in that set.
