Co-owner of the Pittsburgh Penguins purchased Neverland Ranch after spotting it from the air and called the owner directly according to the Wall Street Journal. Michael Jackson’s former home had originally been listed for $100,000,000 in 2015 and renamed Sycamore Valley Ranch.
