Total Sales: 85 – down 56% compared to May of 2019
Average Days on Market: SFR/PUD: 82 Condos: 62
27% of all sales were CASH
The California Association of Realtors has just released five Corona Virus forms to address potential issues in real estate sales and leases.
The Clear Cooperation Policy is the result from surveys conducted by the National Association of Realtors regarding “Pocket Listings” also know as “off market” homes for sale. What the survey revealed was that the last people to hear about these homes for sale were people of color. NAR put this new law into effect January 1, 2020 with implementation and enforcement to begin May 1, 2020.
