Mansion Global reported on Twitter that Walt Disney’s great nephew Tim Disney has purchased a Montecito beach property that would look at home in a Pixar movie. The unique surf shack, which sold for $3.85 million, formerly belonged to Green Day bassist Mike Dirnt.
