Santa Barbara Summer Solstice 2023 The annual Santa Barbara Summer Solstice Parade and Festival has been a City tradition since the early 1970s. Each year spectators line the streets to see the homegrown parade and an amazing outpouring of creativity from the community. In its 49th year, the Solstice Parade and Festival is the largest arts event in Santa Barbara County, drawing crowds of over 100,000 spectators and participants from around the world.
