The median price is $1,274,000 for houses and $755,750 for condominiums. The lowest price sale was 424 Bath Street for $601,000. The average market time was 67 days to accept an offer, and the average continuous market time was 101 days. This data was provided by Fidelity Title Company of southern Santa Barbara.
