Multi use property with five luxury residences
The site of the former 1950s-style Union 76 gas station at the corner of Coast Village and Olive Mill roads has been transformed into a three-story mixed-use development. Five Luxury homes called the Villas at Olive Mill (Road), sit atop Folded Hills’s Montecito tasting room and Heather James Fine Art. The five Luxury homes, the Villas at Olive Mill, are being offered for sale by Village Properties.
The five luxury homes, range in size from 2,200 to 3,300 square feet and are priced from mid $3 million to high $5 million. Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman has already purchased one.
The Villas at Olive Mill occupy the most prominent corner on the Montecito map. The Villas offer refined living whether as a primary residence or a coveted vacation escape. Through gated entry points, residents are assured the ultimate in secure living with security gated underground parking and elevators that connect to the residences.
The building resembles a quaint Spanish village with suspended balconies, custom ironwork, and vibrant tiles all set with a serene view of the Santa Barbara mountains. Each residence is thoughtfully curated to express a unique design palette and point of view.
Also, the home is outfitted with the most up-to-date technological underpinnings, security systems, and sound apartments. A unique feature is that each home has an enclosed garage with secured parking
